Some nerd made a video about trains and cats in TF2 and Valve noticed. It got an official update focused around it. Pretty swanky.
Here's some props from the video! Ooh, it's got the stars of the show! Train! Orphan! Overly rigged medic coat! ..also cucumber slice!

Wanna know about some of the props?

kittycat.mdl and big_kittycat.mdl: Very rigged, lots of skins, remember that the eye target is way over their heads. A slider for eye shape is under the Unknown tab.
black_enginecar.mdl: The train. Check out the skins and investigate the bodygroups, the wreckage option is part of the cabin submodel. The sliders for pulling apart the sides are under the "Unknown" tab. Also has a black_enginecar_nobogies version, for if I (or anyone else) get around to making the proper wheels for this thing.
trainbomb_doors.mdl: The panel hiding the variety of doors can be either moved out of the way with a bone, or disabled via bodygroups.
medic_coat_sub1.mdl: Every part of this is weigted to a bone. It has no rig or script to make animating this a sane task. Have fun.
pigeon_rope.mdl: Has an embeded sequence for wing flapping for convenience.
snowhill.mdl: A slider under the Unknown tab drives the pyro silhouette from when he faceplants.
grasstuft MDLS: some piece grass models, and grid arrangements with bendy potential. The megagrid has deforms driven with Unknown tab sliders. (When in doubt, go look in the Unknown tab of a model. Can always find magic in there)
child_andy.mdl: The orphan. Has bodygroups for his legs. Have yourself a fully biped youth, or make him a victim of the 1968 Leg-Stealing-Witch Attack.

Dan was the fellow who did the medic coat! Mcvee did destructive magic on the train cabin. I did everything else in the pack.
