Beskrivning
This mod adds thrust reverser blocks for atmospheric thrusters and improves their visual jet flame.

The reversers are basically doors which can be mounted on the back of atmospheric thrusters.
When closed they cause the thruster to push in the opposite direction with 75% efficiency.

The thrust reversers support the Realistic Thrusters mod (adding force at thruster position if installed).


Please note
Dampeners will be tricked into pushing your ship backwards if you have thrust reverse blocks closed, I strongly suggest you always open the thrust reverse blocks when you're not in the ship.



Known issues
- (fixed by no longer overwriting vanilla models) Some thrusters will explode when thrusting.

is there a way to make the reversers open/close faster? they are very good but it's hard to make use of them because of this delay

does anyone know if is this mod compatible with the Animated Atmo thrusters mod that uses Animation engine?

The flames are integrated because I also have to stop them when the reverser is over them or it would look weird xD
I do however think it'll be best for the flame to be a separate mod but I dunno when I'll get to doing that, and how... =)

Your mod is really cool, but is there a way to disable these enhanced flames? I already use the recolorable thrusters and when I try to change the thruster color it disappears

i finally got it. i had to unload and reload the mod pack. it was glitching the first time

Place it on the nozzle-end of the classic atmospheric thrusts, it doesn't work on scifi atmos thrusts (they didn't exist when this mod was made, and lazyness to do it xD)

Is it going to be updated?
If yes- can you PLEASE make the jet flame effect an optional choice or may be publish a standalone version of JUST the reverser?
