Just my small two cents after playing Weiss a whole bunch (she's my favorite, in-game and in-show):
Using her dash attack (dodge+melee) is a great way to zip around the battlefield. In fact, I believe it moves Weiss a bit farther than Ruby's dash attack, though it's perhaps not as fast. Not only that, but it hits twice and can be sort-of aimed in a different direction than the way you dashed (to a degree). In a normal 4 player situation (i.e. when there's a lot of enemies around) I'll dash attack into the closest enemy, melee attack twice then blast to freeze them, then dash attack away to the next target and repeat the combo. Zipping around like this is a great way to stay alive, build special, add a bit of crowd control with the freezing, and chip away at a lot of enemies.
Have fun and spread the Weiss love!
