Dark Brotherhood Forever to Misc. Quests

Simply moves the capstone and repeatable "Dark Brotherhood Forever" quest from a main Dark Brotherhood quest to a miscellaneous quest. Considering that this quest can be repeated for as long as you like and occurs after the main questline is otherwise complete, it makes more sense for it to be part of the other minor quests, rahter than clog up your main quest journal.

Just subscribe and enable. No compatilbity issues of note, unless another mod modifies the specific quest record. I haven't seen one yet.
