A variety of school and university buildings, including some the best custom 3D models available on the workshop. These have been heavily modified by me by adding different props and by modifying their statistics so they will work better as a collection. These can be used to completely replace the default school buildings or they can be used along side of the default school buildings.

The buildings in this collection have the following features:

- Night lights for After Dark.
- Realistic population Milestone requirements.
- Modified statistics to give each building unique advantages and disadvantages.
- Conveniently located at the front of your Education toolbar.
- University buildings include walk and bike paths for construction of a campus.

A Google Docs Spreadsheet (https://goo.gl/jpBKA9) calculates the statistics for each building. The statistics are based on properties of the asset such as the quality of the school, the salary of the different types of workers, the land area occupied, the student capacity, etc.

The assets use the Common Props and Trees Collection (link below). If you don't subscribe to this collection, everything will still work and you'll still see most of the props. However, any props you don't subscribe to won't appear.

I did not create the custom 3D models used by these. However, I have made numerous changes to them so that they will work better together as a collection. I try to use only assets with low triangle counts and small file sizes whenever possible.
