+ Richer Merchants - A Better Rewards and Treasure Mod

This mod doubles the amount of gold street vendors, shopkeepers, court wizards and fences have to spend, so they can now buy more from you. If you have used the speech skill perk to invest in their businesses, the amount of extra gold they have is doubled, too. This mod is completely compatible with BRAT Realistic Merchants and all of the mods in the Better Rewards and Treasure collection. It does not change the NPCs or anything they sell. It only changes the amount of gold they have to buy your stuff. If you think twice the gold is not enough, consider this mod:

Q. What will this mod do for me?
A. It will give blacksmiths, alchemists, pawnbrokers, street vendors, innkeepers, court wizards and fences double the amount of gold to buy more of your unwanted stuff.

Q. What if I've invested in a merchant?
A. He or she will have twice the investment gold, too.

Q. Can I use this mod with BRAT - Realistic Merchants?
A. Yes. BRAT - Realistic Merchants changes the chance of finding enchanted items in shops. This mod changes the amount of gold shopkeepers have, so they are completely compatible.

Q. What if I use the other Richer Merchants mod at the same time? Will I merchants get even more gold?
A. No. BRAT 3x Richer Merchants triples the gold. This mod doubles the gold merchants have. Only one will work at a time.

Q. What about the other BRAT mods? Will it work with them?
A. Yes, this mod is compatible with all of them, as this mod doesn't change rewards and loot.

Q. Do I need to change the load order to use this mod?
A. No.

To make sure this mod loads, after subscribing, launch Skyrim, wait for the launch screen to display a message that all mods finished synchronizing, then exit Skyrim to the desktop. Relaunch Skyrim. The mod should now be loaded.


There are no known bugs. Please report any you think you find. This mod isn't compatible with BRAT: 3x Richer Merchants. You should subscribe to only one of the two mods, or disable one of them (see "Disabling or Unsubscribing" below).


There's no need to unsubscribe. After subscribing, you may easily disable the mod at anytime:

1. Start the Skyrim launcher
   
2. Wait for it to display a message that mods finished synchronizing
   
3. Select Data Files
   
4. Remove the checkmark next to this mod
   
5. Select OK and Play
