Strip neon sign B 5m (Prop)

The older version strip sign got "incompatible" flag.
The new version wears clothes.

旧バージョンのネオンが、裸のせいか？「非対応」フラグを付けられたので作りなおしました。
↓にプロップの使用例として、サンプルのクラブを作ったものがあります。
