i made it for the ABSOLUTE ZERO campaign authored by SOUL.
use this link for ABSOLUTE ZERO SPITTER SKIN.
use this link for ABSOLUTE ZERO INFECTED COLLECTION.
please dont redistribute my custom textures/normals....be original and make something on your own

conflicting addons will show as red in addons menu

sorry you are experiencing difficulties.
this mod DOES work.
as to why YOU can not see modifies particles....well, i would need much more data to properly diagnose.
for example -
is vpk in folder?
is there another particle mod that is conflicting?
is mod enabled (not just installed, but enabled) in addons menu?
