Residential Low Level 2 Growables

A variety of Low Density Level 2 Growable residential buildings, including some the best custom assets on the workshop. You can subscribe to all of the assets or if you are experiencing long load times, you might only want to subscribe to half of them.

These assets have the following features:

- They all have night lights for After Dark. Not all of them have windows that light up, but they all have parking lot lights, etc.
- Most of them are based on assets with custom 3D models.
- They all have variable props. Different props and trees will be added the the building each time it grows.
- Some filler lots are included. These will grow just like any other asset. However, there is no building on the lot.
- They have been screened to make sure there are no buildings with unusually high file sizes or triangle counts.
- There are buildings for each of the different default lot sizes so they will all grow and level up.

The assets use the Common Props and Trees Collection (link below). If you don't subscribe to this collection, everything will still work, but there will be a few props missing.

I did not create the custom 3D models used by these. However, I have made numerous changes to them so that they will work better together as a collection. I try to use only assets with low triangle counts and small file sizes whenever possible.
