Environment Changer mod. Use it to switch your theme to Grassland.

For LUT i used Overcast-Natural. Subscribe to Daylight Classic Mod and enable Classic fog color for AD fog effects on the Options panel. If you do not do this, you'll get wierd fogs.

DESCRIPTION
Vexcarian Plains invites mayors who craves for a thriving metropolis. The city is a perfect tourist destination for it features breath-taking plateau sceneries. (Download the First Person Camera mod to fully enjoy this map)The map is mostly fat and hilly. These plains also invite mayors to transform this huge expanse into a busy port city. 90% of it's sea side areas have access to cargo and passenger shiplines. It's flat areas are perfect for airports and factories.

The map is abundant with fertile land. You can exploit the oil resources from the North Island and Ores from the South West area. Enjoy the sunset and transform the west side of the city into a relaxing tourist / commercial district.

Starting map is at a cliff so starting mayors have access to Wind Turbines. It is also located ay the center of the city.
