Beskrivning
Adds 13 new wired utility objects, one for each category (including Death Row), and small radius versions of each (NEW FEATURE).

First, unlock Level Changers.
Then, wire a Pressure Plate or Power Switch to one of the prisoner level changers.
Lastly, watch as how nearby prisoners instantly change level.

Thanks to Aubergine18 on the IV Forums for the help with the code.

The Death Row is not working with a supermax prisoner currently. Perhaps it is outdated, I am not too sure myself.
