Description
So, this sticker originates from Woopsicles idea: http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=527607744

The concept was that, as you scrap the sticker, the salt cellar becomes empty to reveal a "not", hence transforming the "salty" to "not salty."

I thought the idea was pretty sweet, but I wasn't convinced by the visuals. I gave my opinion on the sticker to Woopsicles. I thought it could be interesting to redraw this idea myself, but did not dare to ask him first. Later on, Woopsicles contacted me, asking if I was interested to do a collab on this very idea. And there we are!

It was not so easy to find the right positions for the various elements displayed on the sticker. For example, where to place the "salty"? How should I place the salt cellar?

I tried to make it as much readable as possible. With every idea using typography, it's important to make it easy to read and give it the right impact. I chose a thick font as a base to manually redraw it in a way that could fit the sticker more. I also chose to make it rather simple, using a dot pattern to remind the salt. I tried to place the salt cellar differently, (horizontally, for instance) but keeping it that way seemed to work best. Plus, it offered some dynamic to the whole picture.

Making the wear was a bit difficult. In the original sticker of Woopsicles, the salt filled the cellar to the edges. In my version, it doesn't, to simulate the glass. So, in order to make it have the same effect, I needed that edge to wear off first. I'm satisfied of the result on that matter, after many tries.
I also thought that it could look kinda cool in embossed foil.

As for the use in game, I think it's nice to have a sticker that can say both "Salty" and "Not Salty". This way, the user can choose to leave it salty; or to scrap it, and show they're not salty.

And you?
Are you salty? Or not salty?
