First off, you need to know that GETTING BETTER IN CS takes time.
Imagine it like training your muscles. You can't train for a whole day and see your biceps get bigger the next day.

I will try to explain all the methods and ways to get better in every aspect of the game!

As you know, very important part of getting better is Deathmatch, but not the most important one!

Deathmatch is a way of warming up, getting your brain and your muscles to work together for a few hours of intense CSGO sessions. As good as it is, you wont get better by only playing DM.

I suggest you dont play HSMOD. Why?
Because, kill is a kill. Headshot is only a way to get it faster.
If you train yourself to get the KILL, not the HS you will make it further in this game.

Good way to warm up is to play SURF. As stupid as it sounds, it will make your brain relax and help it to get to that "calm" state faster.

Avoid BOT maps. I dont even want to talk about how stupid this is. Just go on DM. ( BOTs dont move like humans do, they are predictable and stupid, you dont want to train your aim and brain to hit sitting ducks, or braindead people).

Make sure to work on your warmup sessions for at least 30-60 minutes daily. It will help your aim and you will see the change over time, I promise.

First off, there is big difference between a good PLAYER and a good AIMER.

Thats correct! You can outplay any player skillfully better than you, just with good positioning and good game sense.

We get to the most important part of getting better.

DEMOS

You guessed it. The most important thing to get to that "good" state is watching better players play.
Picking up their spots, play styles etc.

Nobody is born ready to go pro, you need to learn from someone.
Some of the best tips pro players can give you is to watch demos, learn different tricks and play spots from actual players who make a living from this game.

Ofc, some of you will say that you can learn that all by yourself, and thats true. But, it will take a much, much longer periods of time for it.

Recap, be yourself.

With good warming up sessions, your AIM will be better over time, and you will be more consistent.
With good knowledge about maps, play spots, smokes, wait spots, good reading of your opponent and good strats you put yourself in a two step advantage over your opponent.

So, thats was the quickest and fastest way for me to tell you how to get better at this game, and reach some new levels of it.

Thats it guys, if you follow this few steps you will get your game up, and get yourself in that calm, passive and "good" game state that will help you get your overall skill and gamesense UP.
