Action takes place in the winter time on a base somewhere in Siberia, which suffered from the onfall of the infected and the outbreak of the epidemic.

Some features:

-Winter time, snow and frost. Infected do not fear frost, but the survivors will have a hard time hiding in the rooms or near the barrels with fire.

-Complete absence of first aid kits and pills. They are replaced with health bonuses:
Mini-health bonus: regains 1HP with 200HP as a maximum.
Small bonus: regains 10HP, up to 100.
Middle bonus: regains 25HP, up to 100.
Big bonus: regains 50HP, up to 100.
Mega bonus: regains 100HP with 200HP as a maximum.
Bonuses respawn after some time.

Remade weapon spawns (they hang in the air, E to pickup).
Weapons, except granades, do not respawn and present only in one exemplar at the place of spawn.

-In some places on the map power-ups are being spawned, explosive ammo, "Haste" or "Quad Damage", which power player's abilities up, for example.
Ammo power-ups work the same way. Limited by the number of ammo in the magazine.

"Haste" gives an ability to move much faster.
"Quad Damage" - When activated, the player does quadruple damage, duration is limited.
"Power Shield" - When activated, the player becomes almost invincible, duration is also limited.

-New weapon: RPG-7 that deals lots of damage to tank.

All power-ups spawn at a random time.
