Description
Toronto, Canada and the GTA stretching from Hamilton Harbour To Scarborough Bluffs and up to Newmarket with major terrain features accurately mapped.

---Terrain features include: Scarborough Bluffs, ravine system, Oak Ridges Moraine, Davenport Hill and others

--- All major rivers have been included and all work properly including Humber River, Don River, Black Creek, Taylor Creek, Etobicoke Creek, Mimico Creek, Credit River, Sixteen Mile Creek, West Highland Creek.

--- Highways include the 401, 407, 403, DVP, 427, Gardiner, Allen Road, Black Creek Drive and QEW and they all work.

--- All VIA, Go Transit and Major freight rail lines have been included with room for expansion and I've included most various major active rail yards aroung Toronto.

This map was created using Government of Canada Elevation Models 030m11 and surrounding regions and inspired by Omaha and Motani at Simtropolis forum. Contact me if you want these files as I can send them to you. Feel free to modify this map to your liking but please provide credit for this original.

THE BEST SO FAR... bit missing so much, whoever does the real TORONTO ONTARIO WILL GET SO MUCH HYPE... ive tried over a week period byt i suck at coding and all that. if only someone will upload the HIGHWAYS RAILS AND MAJOR ROADS with that mod

everytime i open to play a new game it works, up till the point i go to buy more tiles... thn the screen goes all blurry with the map in the background but i cant buy any tiles or click on any tiles.

great looking map. Wondering if anyone can do Hamilton? mountain and all? I am a hamiltonian. I tried myself to make Hamilton but failed miserably. Not good with map maker. Let me know.

Nice enough map...but your roads, and particularly your intersections, could do with a lot more massaging...roads are like a bad roller coaster ride, "parallel" roads not parallel, jinky curves, heights all over the place. I fiddled with it for half an hour, and only improved 2 of the intersections.

Great stuff. But too many trees dont play this map unless you have disaster turned off. And connect the Highways otherwise great work.

Great job! Now I can do a better job at planning the city's subways and streetcars from my bedroom than some of the clowns at City Hall!

All jokes aside, the map's amazing and a great representation of my hometown.

@Argyll there a few Hamilton maps already available on workshop. I especially like the @EagleEyedTiger' s i have some height and elevation maps for the Hamilton area and am working on going through and making a Hamilton map. Fear not! an IRL Hamilton map is coming! just as soon as i find some time to do it. After that i plan to do a proper Niagara Falls map. I'm not satisfied with the ones available i guess :P

@lemurs I think that came built into the game AI already ;) no worries I'll call the folks at Metrolinx and see what we can come up with :P
