Got it!
In the second crossroads, pass through the cave with joy mutant named Arty. Then go through that area and open the chest.

Just enter in that big door. Be prepared for battle.

The Beat Never Dies

His Hot Fire is even hotter in Hell.
In the second crossroads, enter in the cave that leads to Dice, and find the secret passage (it must be pretty easy, just try hugging walls).
Then, you will get into Disco Mountain. Find the hidden cave in the bushes. Go to the right and press Confirm button (Space/Enter).

This is the cave that leads to Dice Mahone.

Here is secret passage.

There must be hidden hole.

And here you go. Press Confirm button (Space/Enter).

No Friends

Walk the path alone.
At the Disco Mountain, find the hidden cave in the bushes. Go to the left and find the secret passage to the Green Helmet item.
You must do it before you finish The List.
Then, get the TNT from Disco Mountain (just find it in the bushes). In the second crossroads, find the rock of human size, and blow it up. Meet with the Tooley guy. Talk with him without your mask. Then, after finishing The List, visit him again and get your achievement.

TNT must be here (I took mine already, if it bugs you).

Green Helmet must be here (I took mine already, if it bugs you).

The rock of human size must be here (I took... Well, you understand).
Be prepared for battle with the most tanky enemy in the game (not counting the great Lord Johnny Walrus, of course).

Joy

Got it!
At the place where you meet Tooley (look at "No Friends"), enter in the house, and find the ladder.
Go to the left until you get to the dead end. Then, look at the dirty rags, and count the fourth from the left (count only dirty rags, they look the same). It works like the passage. Enter.
Then, punch the punching bag. Keep punching until the hole appears. Go into that hole, and acquire your Joy Mask.

Here I'm standing on the fourth dirty rag from the left.

The Source

The resting place of the Darkness.
In the first crossroads, in area with Bar, go to the left corner of the map and jump down.
Be sure to have Joy Mask. You will have to wear it here.

This door leads to area with Bar.

Go to the left.

Jump down from here.

And here you go.

Proceed to Joy Lab and read the letter.

I'm Sorry

I'd change everything if I could.
After completing The List, you need to have the Joy Mask. Wear it, and go to Rando's corpse, you will see Brad's vision. Touch it.
You must not deal more than 2000 damage to Brad in the very beginning of the game.

Yado

Finish the game without fulfilling requirements for "The Source" and "I'm Sorry".

Lisa

Guidance.
Finish the game with fulfilling "The Source" achievement requirements. You must not fulfill "I'm Sorry" achievement requirements.

Father

The breeding ground.
Finish the game with fulfilling "I'm Sorry" achievement requirements. It overrides "Lisa" ending.

I just got "The breeding ground" achievement without visiting rando's corpse.

I did do the new secret ending, maybe the achievement is bugged? but years ago I had completed the "I'm sorry" achievement and didn't get the "Father" achievement, so idk

Thank you so much for this guide, it helped me a lot with the endings (Father & Lisa) and the "No Friends" achievement it bugged me twice but at the third try I made it

@TheColorUrple well your comment is old but.. No I did the same. The #2 Boss is the last one I did and I got the no friends achievement just fine

Does Brad say anything when you get the “I’m Sorry” achievement, or does he just sit there and then disappear?

I think there could be one of two reasons for this -

1) The achievement is predicated on the intended sequence, which means if you don't kill the wolf boss last, the achievement will glitch, or

2) Regardless of who you kill last, if you talk to the green ranger for the first time just before the very last name on your list, it won't work, meaning you have to talk to him when you have at least two bosses left on the list.
