You can use these anyplace, but what if you could build your park in any combination you want? Oh, you can with these 1x4 parks that work together to form you Favorite Park. you can lay out tables, BBQ, umbrellas, trees, parking any way you want. People actually enter and exit the Rest Room

The parks are balance and the more you add, the higher visitor draw so combining the parks is not a cheating the game. Cost and maintenance will not drain your budget either.

Loading Screen Mod keeps saying "Rest Room (missing)", and I looked closely at this asset in-game and the rest room is indeed missing. Please would you make it available so I can unsubscribe then resubscribe? If not, it's not that important - the cims can always pee in the bushes :-)

Here is a modular idea (*), if you have the time and interest to give it a go -- Modular Mobile Home Parks. In my idea, the "anchor" (or central module) contains not only trailer homes situated along the (internal) roads, but also an office and maybe a laundry. If it were really fancy, also a rec center, or at least a pool.

I'm thinking the modules would technically be parks, using RICO to make the sub-buildings function as residences (and office).

(*) I had thought about trying to make them myself, but I can't do modeling, and I couldn't find enough assets that would work as mobile homes,
