Get a Molotov / Incendiary Grenade and a Smoke Grenade
Throw the Molotov / Incendiary Grenade under a team-mate
Once your team-mate is on fire, throw a Smoke Grenade anywhere on his player model, depends how high you want the smoke to be

Notes:

Fire damage counts as friendly fire
*WATCH OUT GETTING BANNED*
The best spots for this trick are spots when your position is lower than the enemy
.............(Like ramps and stairs).............
You can also use this trick to smoke off high places you can't land a smoke on
Some spots will only work if you throw the Smoke low enough on your team-mate.
Your team-mate can also throw the Molotov / Incendiary Grenade, so you can throw the smoke faster, which will cause him to get less damage.
