This is the Alexander Dennis built, Enviro 500 Bodied double decker bus. This particular livery (Kowloon Motor Bus, Hong Kong), can be seen all across Hong Kong (albeit probably mostly with ads plastered all over it).

Default stats (change via Advanced Vehicle Options if you don't like them):
Capacity: 110 Passengers
Max Speed: 35 (~110km/h)

Bus line colours change the entire bus body, much like how the default bus does.
