Description
CAN WE FIX IT?! YES WE CAN!!!

A simple reskin of pappaskurtz's Hard Hat Ellis to make him look more like a construction worker. His vest is a bright orange and his yellow bullshifters shirt is now a plain dirty white T. His jeans are light blue and he has a bit more scruffy facial hair.
