Weapons Case Key

This addon adds a custom weapons case Key based off the key from the Gun Mettle update.
It's not exact, but it's pretty similar.

Bones:
weapons_case_key_ring
weapons_case_key_tag_rotate
weapons_case_key_rotate
weapons_case_key_tag
weapons_case_key

Skins:
Default Key
Concealed Killer Key (Currently uses Key Case texture)
Powerhouse Key (Currently uses Key Case texture)
Extra Skin Slot #1 (uses Key Case texture)
Extra Skin Slot #2 (uses Key Case texture)
Extra Skin Slot #3 (uses Key Case texture)

Unconfirmed bugs:
- Subscribing to this and trying to type "Key" into the model search bar results in SFM crashing
