I made a fixed version on my profile. There seems to be an issue with the saving on the new gmod update.

Also doesn't work properly. I can't undo. If I undo, the prop I deleted just starts flying around. So if I make a single mistake, the map is gone forever and I cant use this tool on it anymore.
