Great builing but I had to remove it. It should be set as a L5. Becasue it's set to L3 when the highrise ban is turned on it still spawns. Look silly sticking up between small buildings.

Just added to my Philippines Collection due to lack of S.E Asian & Filipino assets. Perfect asset to act as a dorm for Korean students studying English in the Philippines. +1 thumbs! :)
