The manual is meant for teams of newbies, who don't know where online tournaments in CS: GO

http://csgo.starladder.tv/ - the most popular of the CIS League, broken into 3 divisions: AM/PRO/STAR. For novice teams will be available to the Amateur(AM) division. to play PRO division you need to be among the best AM division. Well, to get into STAR division, you need to get into the top 1-2 PRO division.
The format of the tournament: 5x5.
