Red nightvision

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
Simple edit of nightvision into red color. Created at the request.
Doesn't change anything else, than color.
It retains differences between colors of night vision both sides.

About use on servers: I found only few servers, with compatible sv_pure setting.

Liking the improvements this mod brings, but night vision reverts back to green upon map change. This is within the same server, so it's not due to sv_pure, otherwise I would not have the red colour in the first place. Also, relaunching the game and joining back the same server makes it work again. Hope to see a fix for this good work.

Hopefully this color change does not hurt my eyes when playing in a dark room. The green one was so bright.
