This is a 2X4 plot. This can be found on the tab "I" of the unique buildings.

Founded in 1972 in New Orleans, Louisiana, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is an American chain of Fried Chicken fast food goodness. Now found in 40 States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and over 22 countries.

Me personally, I love their spicy chicken.

2 years later, and it's still amazing. Thing of it is, i have never been to popeyes before. And regarding this being ploppable after it is activated, it will instantly plop down.

I made this 2 years ago. I don't know what things might have changed in terms of creating assets. I can just say that it worked back then.

I have to activate this one by pressing "Add local". Is that intentional? Should it not be ploppable as soon as it is installed?

This is awesome, i will certanly put one of these in the middle of my town so all of the citizens can have dirty rice like mom used to make.

TBH I think Unique building fits fine. The thing with "parks" is that everyone uses that category and unfortunately it's way to busy and overloaded with assets as is. Enhanced Building Panel helps but diversifying the assets does too. Unique buildings are also pretty common but I feel it fits a "unique building" more as a ploppable than anything. If you still don't like that you could always list it in the commercial section as a building but clearly state all over the description it's a PLOPPABLE.

It's a unique, though...I don't know how other people have been making things like this. I'm thinking it should be set up like a park/hospital sort of property. Thoughts?
