@Ve ♥ , Clearly you don't understand the scale of this game. For a sandbox game of such scale and intricacy, the graphics are pretty damn good.

No personal offense intended! I'm just disappointed that after like a million years since GTA III, the graphics of this game barely improved. I bet it looks real nice up close.
