Common route is the part where you, as Kayto Shields, tries to getting closer to the girl(s) you like, so on the Pure day, Kayto will get a girlfriend and make his little sister proud. Common route is the beginning to a specific girl's route. You can't choose more than one, but you can unlock all of them at once, so when you finish one of the girls route, you can just load your savegame to the point when you choose a specific girl's route without having to restart the whole game, and thus making the game less harder.

This guide is focusing on the event you have to manually triggered on the couple months before pure day, because after that, when you already entered a specific girl's route, the events will most likely be automatically triggered (some of them still have to be manually triggered, though). And this guide will not talk about the amount of affection needed for a certain events to trigger, or the amount of affection needed to start a spesific girls route, because I don't have enough information on that (if you have, please share!)

For your convenience, it is advised to do ALL of the steps on the common routes, and max every girls' affection (or at least make it more than 6), regardless of what arc/route you choose or not to choose. Because unfortunately I can't provide much on which events on the common route are important to unlock the certain girl's route.

And remember: SAVE OFTEN! You might miss an important event that require you to restart to some point earlier or even restart the whole game and it can be stressful. Having a lot of saves help.

• Report progress at student council
  
• Study at library

• Accept invitation to arcade

• Oversee research/bake pastries at science lab, then accompany Chigara to museum. Tell her you want to be a starship captain
  
• Oversee practice/raise morale at gymnasium
  
• Stroll at park
  
• Play at arcade

• Pray at Ryuvian Shrine
  
• Oversee practice/raise morale at pool
  
• Eat lunch at either classroom, court yard or cafeteria
  
• Study at library, then buy a holo at shopping district, and give it to Sola at random encounter

• Study at library

• Oversee researh/bake pastries at science lab

• Accept Elders day invitation from Asaga
  
• Pray at Ryuvian Shrine and accept Sola's invitation (very important to open Sola Route)

• Oversee practice/raise morale at gymnasium
  
• After talked to Asaga at class, oversee practice/raise morale at gymnasium again

• Eat lunch at court yard (someone on the comment section said that you can eat in class or cafe, as long as you eat and not studying or doing homework)
  
• Oversee research/bake pastries at science lab

• Oversee practice/raise morale at gymnasium
  
• Study at library

• There will be an automatic event about this on M4W1D1, pick "Do you want to do something for your birthday?"
  
• After that, buy her the gift at shopping district before the day (M4W1D3).

Some of the events can happen before the appropriate date. Sometimes you may not see an event on your first try, because some events have the probability to occur. If that's the case, just keep trying and you will see it eventually.

If you get all of the events and the girls affection is good enough, you will open all the route available.

You may want to save your game at this point. So if you finish one route you can come back to this point and start the other routes.
