This is a part of my collection of modular industrial decors.

It makes the industrial area with harbor and train yard much more realistic.

Look at the screenshots/map, how to place them and pls make sure, that you have a flat area to place.

press "Subscribe all" and start the game ;)

U also need all props!

Props are little things (like a truck or a container) which only can put in a object in the asset editor.
Now i put it all in the collection. If you now go on the collection
"MODULAR Industrial Decor" and press "all subscribe" u automatically get all props.

When u subscribed to all props, u will see it in the right way ingame.

Downloaded all. TY Dude ! Looks awesome. It sure will be nice when dependency "paks" are enabled for large sets like yours though :)
