**A TIP FOR THOSE HAVING TROUBLE** Use near high population areas ie appartment clusters, offices and other places of the sort. Or if you have a mod or use a street that restricts street parking they will use the designated parking areas.

This is still working...i modified mine to give money because is a parking lot, a solar panel(s) and more real parking spaces...parking and having electricity to power that electric car cost the government and so the people using these will eventually pay the government back...in short...this solar parking has to win money, not lose them...A very nice and useful mod...Thank you

According to http://www.skylineswiki.com/Asset_Editor each cell is 64 square meters so for a 4x4 that would be 1024 sqm and based on the Suniva OPT340-72-4-100 which is 1.9503 sq meters and outputs 340w per panel you could at most cram about 525 into a 4x4 space which would output ~178kw during peak hours. At most you'd generate 1 - 1.5mw per day. But it's a game I suppose so I'll suspend my disbelief.

If I remember correctly, this asset works as a wind turbine, so it shouldn't stop producing electricity at night. However, if you want all solar panels to generate electricity at night, you can use one of BloodyPenguin's mods. He made one just for that. Check out his workshop.
