Improved Vitality (v.3)

Opis
This mod is intended to make vitality a more useful stat.

It gives 7.2 hp points per vitality point (vanilla is 3.6) and 0.5% armor bonus per point (vanilla is 0.25%).

Thank you very much for this mod ! Now I can put some vitality points and not just stupidly put everything in strenght/focus, making the game much more fun.

I am going to test this and maybe include it in my mod pack that majes the game harder.
