In my opinion, I liked the previous version MUCH more. I like that you reduced the weekly cost and changed it to just 1 fire engine, because the previous seemed a little overpowered with 4 fire engines or so. What I don't like is the 2x3 footprint. The 1x3, or maybe it was 1x4, looked so much better because it would fit right in between large city buildings. Now it has large gaps and and the space between the buildings stand out too much. It's your decision, but that's just my opinion. Maybe add two versions? A 1x3 or 1x4 and a 2x3 version.
