描述
A max ship speed mod with a difference. It is custom skybox friendly.
You can use it with any Skybox.
It does not modify the Environment.sbc file, so any custom environment settings are safe.

Maximum Large ship speed is set to 350 m/s.
Maximum Small ship speed is set to 225 m/s.

Please take note that the Large ship speed has been purposely set higher than the small ships.
You will not be able to keep a small ship docked to a large ship over 225 m/s.

been using this one for awhile. Just started back into SE after an extended time away and glad to see this mod still works fine. Obsolete or not, I still enjoy it.
Just as an FYI (and I'm pretty sure of the reason), when traveling with a small ship at top speed 225m/s the huds speed indicator (graphical element, not the actual speed) doesn't reach max.
This is totally not a problem since the speed does register correctly. Large Ship indicator does (350 with bar at max).
I don't expect this to get fixed as it is an immediate indication that "you know you could faster if you used jet pack or a large ship."

Just thought I'd mention it to you.

Travelling above 200 m/s with connectors and doors is no longer a problem.
Keen fixed the issue in the Major update for Physics

@Lithorn : Complain to Keen. They have been fixing every other bug they introduced because of the major update.

I figured it was. I really liked these. The 104 is just a tad too slow but, what can ya do.

@Lithorn : lots of other people saying the same things. It's due to Keen's new Multi threaded physics.

When I hit about 200+ my ship nose dives. Any clue?

@Hyperion : it's a bug in the game at the moment that it limiting walking speed.

If I try to walk on a large ship that is travelling forward at a higher speed than the vanilla one (over around 110 m/s), I automatically get pushed backwards, making it impossible to move on them without the usage of a spacesuit.

Could it be fixed, sometime? Or are there other top speed mods which don't have this limitation?
