Game was fine two weeks ago and now its fubar
[PROXY]
EnableProxyLibrary=true
InitProxyFunctions=true <<-- Then change this to false (guess it delays ReShade a bit).
ProxyLibrary=other_d3d9.dll <-- This name is connected with ReShade and should always have the same name as the original file that's used by ReShade
I've been running 230+ Skyrim mods for years now, most of them on the smaller side. And I've noted three more common CTD causes:
1. Follower mods. Disable these first, because so many dependencies aren't noted by the authors (ApachiiSkyHair being one example). Followers described as "standalone" are usually safe bets.
2. Too many mods, and/or of too great a size. Try disabling mods with larger file sizes first. However even a 5kb mod can suck up a lot of resources, acting more like 50 or 100kb. Try adding back different combinations until you're getting the most bang for your buck.
3. Mods by certain sloppy authors. I've encountered at least two prolific authors whose mods included broken bits from other projects. If you dl'ed a mod that gave you CTD, you might want to skip other mods from the same author.
Above all, DON'T PANIC. Your game will be fine. You just need to be methodical and very patient.
Are you 100% sure that the second monitor is causing this? I am working with two monitors myself and I honestly can not see how game data could be harmed by another screen.
