Stop Rotor on High Solar Power Output

Auto Optimize Solar Panels / Oxygen farm - Update 1.11
The first and original script which will stop one or more rotors in one or two axis when your solar panel or oxygen farm has reached a minimum defined output.

The program autostarts at compile, but may be manually overridden by argument "stop" and "start"

Troubleshooting
Check ownership. Recompile program if ownership has been changed.
Does the timer start the programming block? Try to start the programming block manually a couple of times.
Does the programming block throw an error message?
Check naming in script vs real names.
Does the name search return more results than it should?
Check the current output from the solar panels while rotor is on. Look for the highest value, and change the variable in the program.
Search result order is important. If a rotor name ends in 3, the attached rotor must end in 3.

When reporting bugs, please comment with minimum this info:
Dedicated server or not
Dual or Single Axis
Solar panel or oxygen farm
Paste the output from the first run in the programming block
