I considered showing where portals exit to as well, but when I looked at it, it was too cluttered to see properly, even for me. So I just left it as just showing which portals to enter when given a choice.

Screen 1
As you enter each portal, just hold down "right" until you appear at the bottom half of the screen again.
Screen 2
Enter portals as shown. Portal 3 goes through the wall to the adjacent portal, just hit the bottom arrow, then move to next screen.
Screen 3
Portal 6 takes you near the door in the bottom right.
Screen 4
Simply hit the first jump star, and let it cycle through the portals.

Strange. I'm not sure there's any way I can actually test this out since I already have it. If you find out the correct way, I'd love to hear so I can fix this guide up.
