Monument Effects for Overlords - No Requirements Patch

Descrizione
This is a patch for Monument Effects for Overlords 1.37 which allows the Overlord to gain monument effects from subjects regardless of whether the subject fulfills the requirements.

The monument requirements must still be met in order to build or upgrade the monuments, unless using a separate mod which removes the requirements altogether (such as Great Monuments Expanded - All for All for GME monuments).

You need both if you want to build/upgrade the monuments without having the normal requirements

I think this is not working.. or at least I can't find out any effect from any great project by checking game statistics

Yes. It works for all the supported mods listed on the main mod page.
