A bug due to a space character in file names made the launcher not remember that the mod was checked to be used the previous time, in effect making players check the mod each time they launched the game.
A fix was posted by an /r/EU4 user Tutush and pointed out to me by steam user Aurum.
Thanks to both of them.

Unfortunately, changing the file names made the Workshop recognize it as a different mod, so I had to create a new mod page to fix this bug, figuring this move is less bothersome than checking the mod every time you (and I) launch the game.

I've been experiencing a glitch where the game doesn't remember that I've enabled this mod, and I have to re-enable it in the launcher. I've been told it's because there's a space in the name of the mod. Well, steam can be really wierd with updates, after some fiddling around I now got it working at least.

Have you got the latest version? I have previously updated the mod to include the disaster sections.

I can confirm it is missing the disaster sections in localisation.

This mod seems to break the disaster interface, removing this mod fixes it. Can someone confirm this?
