Hi again. It's been a while. I finaly got around to finishing V3, now featuring re-edited Halo 1 textures and a Rvb Edition! I tried to stay as true to the original map as possible this time since I was able to extract textures from Halo 1's .map files.

If you decide to use this map in a let's play or in a machinima, please link to it in the comments bellow. I love seeing people have fun using my map:)

Troubleshoot FAQ

Q: Help, the game freezes when I get into the map with a message that says "Node Graph Out of Date! Rebuilding" on screen.

A: This is normal and will only happen once. The map has many info_nodes built into it that guide npcs where they can and can't walk. When you load the map for the first time the "node graph" will be built, so just allow it to sit for a while. This can take between seconds or minutes depending on the speed of your machine. After the graph have been built once, it won't need to be buildt again unless you reinstall the map.

Q: Help, the Warthog near the red base started playing music on it's own and when I try to turn it off it just starts another that overlaps with the already playing one!

A: This bug seems to occur if you spawn near the red base. The way to fix this is to either reload the map and hope that you spawn near the blue base when you first load, or you can type "stopsound" in console and it will fix it.

Q: Help, the map has missing textures. What do I do?

A: The map must have not downloaded properly. Shut down gmod and go to your addons folder (common\garrysmod\garrysmod\addons) and delete gm_blood_gulch_v3_007.gma. Now restart the game and allow the map to be re-downloaded.
