i also made my own tweaks too (some i left in because i was too lazy to change from my own personal edit)
Communication BC can be unlocked by any group if you get deep core

are the extra heroes for the regimes supposed to not spawn in when changing and only appear when chosing to start as them?

it only happens when i try to use the comp mod and no cruiser left behind,when i just use your new BIHE mod it works fine.
