Resort Map

ID Cards
In an open blue suitcase outside Bungalow 4.
At the end of a long pier east of the Lifeguard Tower, in the beach bar hut, on a counter above a weapon chest.
On the windowsill of a lifeguard stand on the shoreline.
Located on the beach on the eastern coastline near the Silver bungalows. The ID is on top of a newspaper, which is on a blue beach towel near a burnt out fire.

Roof of the Tunnel Gas Station shop on the side overlooking the gas pumps. Complete the "Waterdance" quest to get to the roof. The roof has two zombies, a Thug and a Walker.
On the road to the second gas station you'll pass two police cars and a truck. Check the dash of the truck for the ID.

On a workbench inside the large warehouse adjacent to the fenced-in area of the Old Marina Workshop. This warehouse only opens up after completing "Only the Strong Survive" The player can also find ID card #016 on the roof of the building.

ID Cards
North of where Joseph crosses the river during the Way of Salvation quest. In an alley inside the quarantine zone north of the gas station, on the ground, next to a pool of blood.
Inside the pier warehouse in the south part of Moresby where Vang Chi's kidnapped daughter is found. To enter there, you need to have the Heroes and Villains quest. The Id Card is on a desk, in the room previous to the one where she's locked.
On a small porch just west of the third loudspeaker switch during the quest The Second Head of Cerberus. A little to the west of the Square safehouse.
It's in the broken bridge in the west part of Moresby, just before you leave the playable area. Next to a grey upturned car with a corpse. A little to the north of the Pump Station.
It's on the counter inside the gas station located in the center of Moresby. Southwest of the Warehouse safehouse.
It's on the floor in front of the Square safehouse in Moresby.
It's on a table located on a rooftop, next to the 1st loudspeaker of the The Second Head of Cerberus quest.

ID Cards
It's on a desk in the pump control room, where you cut the water flow for the Let the Waters Flow quest. During your first visit to the Sewers.
After getting the ID Card 48 keep advancing until you reach a big room with 2 doors on the left side. The Id Card is in the first one, on the workbench.
In your first visit to the Sewers, follow the path to the Town Hall until you find a room with 2 cell-like short tunnels on the left side. The ID Card is in the first one, on an open grey suitcase.
In your path from the Town Hall to the Supermarket. It's on a toolbox up a ladder, in the first big room.

On a repair bench in a side room of the sewers. The main room will have the last Thug you encounter on the way back to the church during the quest "Bitter Return".
Market Map

ID Cards
It is located in an office in the back of the Supermarket stockroom. After going upstairs, keep advancing and go past the door to the Supermarket main room (The one with the Coffee sign). You will find the office, the Id Card is on the desk.
It's on the information desk in the Supermarket main room.

NOTE: #25 has been put in Bloodbath Arena DLC. It is in Lobby area on the second floor, on top of a mattress next to a teddy bear, and NOT in the market area where it originally should have been.
On a shelf opposite the monitors in the security room of the Market. This room is directly after the kitchen area where you will find Excerpt #27.
On a table in the kitchen area of the Market which you pass through after the Punks barricade the door. This room is just before the security room where you will find Excerpt #26.
Town Hall Map

ID Cards
In the Town Hall after the attack. It's on a notice board next to a workbench, near the door to the sewers where you entered the Town Hall the first time.
In the Town Hall after returning from the Supermarket, go upstairs. You will find the Id Card on a pile of books on the floor.
In the Town Hall after the attack. After getting the Universal Key from the infected Todd Tanis, go back to the room previous to the balcony. You will be able to open a door there. The Id Card is on a desk.
Police Station Map

ID Cards
It's on a desk in a room after encountering the first punks in the Police Station. You will see a big police logo on the ground before entering the room.
It's on the floor of the cell where Bill's corpse is found in the Police Station. Near the security room.
Police Station, it's on a desk in a cubicle in the large room previous to the one where Jin is located.

Police Department, 3rd floor, 2nd room to the right of corridor, on the desk.
Police Department, 2nd floor, to the left, through the doors to the right and the next door to the room ahead, on the small table. You'll see a zombie trapped in the line up room through the one-way mirror.

ID Cards
Overpass Camp, southmost building in area.
In a Bunker near the starting town. In the upper floor, near a questgiver named Sam.

In Vargas's hideout in the jungle. Both Death Wish and Spy Game bring you here.
It's on a box, in the bus from Afran's hideout village ("Soldier of Fortune" quest).
Inside the shack on the pier near the jungle village. Look for it on the table by the bed.
In the Jungle area (Act 3), on a seat in the middle part of the upper floor of the crashed aircraft that Monica Goldberg (from the Lighthouse) asks you to look for.
Inside Carter's (guy giving you Death Wish sidequest) shack.
Inside Jason's shack in the jungle, due south from the northern camp.
In the village called Jungle village in westmost hut.
In Jungle Village, the hut where Amanda's camera is found during the quest "Show Must Go On".
Overpass Camp, in the eastmost building, the pub, on a table behind the bar next to a water jug.
Overpass Camp, inside the locked warehouse. To get the key, the player needs to kill the Thug in the pub. Unlocking the warehouse completes the quest "Visit to the Pub".

ID Cards
It's in the laboratory building, on a desk in the room with Nguyen and Monroe. The door will be closed until you come back with the blood sample for the quest Man of Faith.
On the walkway near the warehouse where you have to pick up the fuses for the Power Slaves quest. Act 3, Laboratory zone.
It's on a table in the warehouse next to the lab, where you have to enter during the Substance of Matter quest.
On a desk, in the building where you have to pick the tissue samples during the Rotting Flesh quest.
In the bathroom of the building where you have to enter for the quest No Sign of Life.
In a collapsed bungalow in the edge of the cliff, where you must find a scientist's research.
It's on the armchair in the first building of the quest The Dead Don't Eat Crackers. You will have to break the glass in the ceiling to enter. (You can use a cinder block).
It's on a table in the second building of the quest The Dead Don't Eat Crackers. The one in front of the questgiver, Sebastian.
It's on the floor next to a closed door, in the building near the boat in Laboratory area, take stairs all way up.
Near the Laboratory, in the food storage warehouse you must clear for the quest Scran's not for the Dead.
When you walk out of the lab, in front of the green car, theres a dead body, next to that body is the ID.
On the road to the laboratory, inside of a crashed car.

In the Laboratory map; you'll get there during "Man of Faith." Near the next block of buildings up the road to the camp of natives is a group of zombies breaking into a house with scientists inside. The excerpt will be lying on the stool next to the first building in this block, left of the road.
The building it resides in may only be entered once the Rotting Flesh quest has been started.
The hut it is found in may not be accessible until the main quest line has progressed to the point of Pure Blood.
After first talking with Dr. West, as you leave his room you will see a bearded scientist having a conversation with his colleague. Take the quest to help him and after dealing with zombies go into the first room right of the door you entered. The excerpt will be on one of the desks.
After talking to Will in the Laboratory, enter the nearest bathroom and you will find it in a stall.
On a table in the lobby of the Laboratory.

On a table in the warehouse where you get fuses for the Power Slaves quest.

[Act IV] Prison/Hospital

ID Cards
It's on the top of a self, next to the corpse of a dead guard, in the storage room previous to the kitchen from the quest Dante's Kitchen.
It's on a desk in the medical supplies room, during the quest Full Metal Jacket.
On the ground next to a dead guard under the stairs in the Prison Basement. Shortly after the voice told you to go to the sewers during the Devil's Labyrinth quest.
During the Full Metal Jacket quest, when Kevin is trying to unlock the armory door, he will open 2 other rooms. One with a workbench, and the other one with the Id Card.
In the room unlocked by a Thug before attacking you.
It's on a table in the kitchen, next to an open oven. It can be accessed when Dante's Kitchen is started.

On the second floor of the Prison, on the floor near the metal chairs, just before entering the office with the two guards trying to kill you during the quest when Kevin asks you to get the master key.

When you first enter the prison the 10th recording can be found on the left hand side of the lobby before you follow the others to meet Titus.

On the ground next to a workbench in the Prison Basement. Access during the Devil's Labyrinth Quest.
Just before leaving the sewers, during the Devil's Labyrinth quest, go to the left. The card is on the ground next to the corpse of a dead guard.
On the ground behind a Thug shortly after leaving the laundry room in the Prison Basement. Accessible during the quest "Devil's Labyrinth".
It's on top of a console, in one of the first rooms from the prison basement, during the Devil's Labyrinth quest.
On the ground after encountering the Floater in the Prison Sewers.
After climbing out of the sewers during the Devil's Labyrinth quest and arriving in the bloody bathroom, turn to the left, it's on the ground between dead bodies.
Hospital Map

ID Cards
During the Quest Chasing the White Rabbit you will come across a stairway, take the way up, there you will find the Card.
It's on a desk in the left side room, after you find the workbench, during the Chasing the White Rabbit quest. The Tape Recorder 11 can be found on one of the beds as well.
In a room on the second floor of the Prison Hospital on top of a gurney.

On the same floor as Tape Recorder 11 and 12, in a room directly in front of a double doored room that contains 3-4 Walkers. The room with the fact has a single door, and contains an Infected. The desk closest to the door has the Excerpt.
Tape Recordings
During the quest "Chasing the White Rabbit", just after entering a new floor, you will find a rather neat looking hospital room. The 11th recording can be found on one of the beds.
It can be found on the second floor of the medical ward in the Prison at a T-junction beside a dead body. (The body is not Roger Howard's because it is in a convict's uniform and is not behind a door.)

Unfortunately for ID Cards you can't understand, where you've missed them, because game count them as like "1/100, 24/100", etc.
But Banoi Herald Excerpts & Tape Recording have each slot for each number in your inventory, so in this case you can easily decide, which one you've missed.

Thanks a lot! :ss13ok: Tip: You don't need to find 120 different collectibles. You can find 20 of them six times, etc. I've found around 27 few times and the achievement unlocked. :)
