Put 'TE-Yakovlevo_CA.roe' in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Red Orchestra 2\ROGame\BrewedPC\Maps\Yakovlevo"

If you don't have a "Yakovlevo" folder, make one, and put it in there.

FINAL, October 20th update:

Fixed objective activation swapping in Kismet.
Fixed 64 player load out, and adjusted initial spawn locations.
Fixed tree collisions for transports and tanks.
Fixed level of details for wheat (better FPS).
Replaced obsolete fog actors with new versions so distance fog works.
Added ground fog to water, because there was fog in 1943.
Adjusted lighting, and sharpened shadows.

This is a really big map. There will be places your FPS will drop because you're seeing a lot of stuff all at once. If you have a nice rig, the FPS will stay above 60. If you have an issue with frame rates, get in the objectives. You'll get better FPS there, and maybe even help cap. Wouldn't that be neat.
