Watch out for the Tower of Babil - Second Visit (B5) . It's one of the one-time-visit maps.

I finished the game once and was >almost< sure I had fully explored all the maps. I even thought it was a bug.

But during my second playthrough, I realized that B5 was only uncovered up to 92%. Basically, after the fight with Rubicante, I hadn't explored the middle of the map...

Used this on my way to getting 100% Achievements, which helped a lot! Great work!

the first floor of underground waterway wont 100% map bc of some nook for whatever reason

I'm actually on my way to defeat Zemus in the Lunar Subterrane now on my first playthrough but I was curious if there's anyway to get back into the Tower of Babil where you were with Edge. I know there was at least one map I didn't finish because I triggered the scene where they found the Falcon and they automatically left the tower. I wasn't able to find a way ack up there after that.

do you have to 100% all on 1 playthough? i didn't get it my 1st pt awhile back and was hopingi could get it when i finishrd this missing map(s).

One thing I have to add for those who get stuck at 99% on the Underground Waterway entrance with two pixels that refuse to appear on the outlines
If you're indeed stuck with 99%, hug the walls of the southwesternmost area that contains a chest, before the bridge that leads you to meet Tellah for the first time. Don't know how and why but this will count towards completion and give you the award.

For those that are having issues with being stuck at 99% on map I suggest taking a good look at your map. I had several that were stuck at 99%. After looking really closely I noticed a small little piece missing from an area that I didn't need to go to/didnt have a chest. After noticing that I went there and the 100% map msg popped.
