No Civil War Emperor Edition (Obsolete)

Description
Very simple, small mod that removes civil war by upping the minimum imperium levels required for civil war to above the max imperium level. For Patch 15 Emperor Edition.

Not compatible with Radious. Save-game compatible. You will be able to tell whether it is working because the civil war bar will be empty as pictured in the screenshots.

According to reports from players that use the mod, this mod DOES NOT WORK anymore.

Hello Tim, Thanks for the response. I really loved the mod. It eliminated a lot of misery. It's bad enough fighting every other faction - then you have to fight your own? Thanks for the mod, for it made playing the game more enjoyable.

I literally can't find the secession chance or even the data fields that govern political party loyalty. I can only prevent secession from provoking which is probably undesireable.
