Better Spell Casting

Important
A few of this mod's configurations requires Configs Extended in order to be edited.
Moreover, this mod has a lot of hotkey settings. Configs Extended will let you avoid clicking through all the options and just set keybinds directly instead. Have mercy for your mouse buttons :)

Features:
General:
  • Your spell wheel can now be accessed by pressing Mouse Wheel, or another hotkey.
  • Each spell can be assigned to a hotkey as well.
  • Spells can be chosen with number keys if the corresponding option is enabled.
  • Instant Cast option, which skips targeting if a spell is casted with its hotkey.
    (does not work with Don't Starve Alone)
  • Mouse wheel and side buttons are valid keybind options.
  • Cooldown timers for a selection of characters, which can be disabled separately for each of those characters.
  • Individual elements of the cooldown timer can be tweaked or outright disabled.
Willow:
  • The mod comes with a cooldown timer for lunar and shadow flames.
Maxwell:
  • Attempting to cast a spell with your Codex Umbra depleted will refuel it for you once.
  • Alternatively, your Codex can be forcibly refueled with a hotkey.
  • RIP Codex exploit.
Wigfrid??:
  • Yes, she gets a wheel for her songs, and it has a few settings for tuning or can be turned off completely,
  • If a mod finds a song canister in your inventory before any songs, it will open the canister instead of showing the wheel.
  • Hotkeys for every kind of instant songs.
  • Instead of hotkeys for each buff song, Wigfrid gets one hotkey that activates those songs in inventory from left to right.
  • It is not possible to access items inside closed containers. In order to use song hotkeys, you will have to take the songs out of the canister and place them in your pocket first.
  • Has a cooldown timer for her special moves, disabled by default.
Winona:
  • Her spell wheel UI decor is removed as it was getting in the way of the cursor.
Walter:
  • Mount and dismount actions are always bound to the same key.
  • Woby commands can be accessed even if Woby is too far away or in the dark.
  • Woby commands will no longer shift your camera focus.
  • An option to enable mounting/dismounting Woby by right clicking her once, similar to beefalos.
  • Dashing can be bound to a hotkey, and that will disable the double-click trigger.
  • Instacast-like option for thule frame's alt shot.
Wendy:
  • Attempting to give a command to Abigail while she's resting in her flower will summon her for you.
  • Has a cooldown timer for her commands.
  • Has a hotkey setting to quickly access her Picnic Casket.

@kappachungus, instant cast had a very weird behavior with Don't Starve Alone, and at that time (like 9 months ago) I was not able to make it work, so I unfortunately I was forced to disable instant cast altogether for worlds with Don't Starve Alone.
Perhaps it's about time to revisit this issue.

@Remi I don't know if this has been reported already, but while playing on a world using Don't Starve Alone, the instant cast on hotkeys stops working, the hotkeys still work, they just don't instant cast anymore (and i've tried with all instant and configurable, only tested on Willow though so don't know if it's maybe character specific?)

@cristi20404, thanks for the report! Woby glows so that you can access her commands while in dark, however using Don't Starve Alone or hosting a caveless world make that light also protect against Charlie. I will have to remove the light for those cases.
