This addon contains various additional features for use with models I've ported. Currently this addon will control the player's firstperson view height, the player hull, and the blink scene. In other words this will adjust the player's view and collisions so it lines up properly with the models' short statures and enables blinking on them as well.

This will most likely be expanded upon in the future to allow for limping, flinch gestures, flinch facial animations, various other facial animations that help the character interact with the environment better, and perhaps material proxies that will also depend on the character's interactions.


NOTE: THIS ADDON IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND HAS VARIOUS ISSUES. USE IS NOT RECCOMENDED AT THIS TIME.

There's likely to be tens of thousands of models on the workshop at minimum, it'd be a nightmare.

With that said, that's not why it errors out. I wrote this for my own models. There's a table with all the info that lists the information in with the model. If it doesn't find an item in the table then most of this script gets ignored.

The reason it errors out is just that I'm not really much of a programmer. Anything that actually works was likely writting by a friend of mine helping with a specific part of it.

Why not try to get models made by other model authors to support this mod and there will be fewer Lua errors

It's not that bad when you're just adding your own models to it like I was but that's partly what makes this addon only compatible with my own models

Damn. That seems like an unwarranted amount of difficulty unless you're part of a paid team of people.
