Your Caldari Space[skybox.xaelan.com] skybox as uploaded by spaceman, rotated to have the sun coming from a more appropriate place.

To use with a speed mod, list the speed mod before the skybox in your world's mod list. If the speed mod is correctly made, it will work.

UPDATE 2014-09-13
* added slight blue tint to ambient light (sunlight is still white)
* darkened shadows (slightly)
* removed sun disk (although it wasn't visible against the background anyway)

UPDATE 2014-09-15
* changed shadow brightness back to normal

UPDATE 2015-06-27
* changed fog to work around Space Engineers bug (fog cannot be turned off)

Back after testing and playing with it for quite a while. Besides being gorgeous, this skybox give out the perfect level of darkness where there are shadows. In SE, the skybox is responsible for how dark shadows get, so a pitch black sky (realistic) = pitch black shadows (at surface and space). But this, the darkness is realistic without make your screen completely black. Kudos. Please never change anything on this.

JonSadow, that's due to the way the DX11 renderer automatically changes the brightness/contrast of the skybox during play. I've modified a version of this skybox to look a bit better in DX11 mode:

Unfortunately there are limits to much difference I can make without destroying all the detail of the skybox.
