In-game menu that replaces valve's buggy original.
It contains almost every command you'll ever need when mapping or debugging

It's basically console commands within a handy GUI.

If you didn't know, this can also work for every source game. You basically put it into the script folder of the game's directory.

I'm afraid you can't use this on a server with sv_cheats 1. Also you don't need this to make a server. not sure what you mean
