Realistic Missile Trajectories (Updated for 3.0)

Changes the projectile trajectory values of many projectiles from "dual_low_fixed" to "low" in the projectiles_tables to avoid troops firing in tall height but short distance arcs, which avoids unrealistic usage of weapons like crossbows.

I did a mass table change for anything which looked like it needed to have the trajectory changed, but if there's anything that's not right please let me know.

COMPATABILITY:

It goes without saying that this mod is not compatible with any other mod that changes the projectiles_tables. That includes mods which change ranged units and towers.
