Monument Effects for Overlords

Aiming to increase the viability of Vassal-play, this mod enables Overlords to get the effects of their subjects' monuments.

Have you ever had a playthrough where you struggled with governing capacity, but the land you could have made into a vassal had a nice monument? Or where you wanted to use a monument the requirements of which you did not fulfill, but could have had a vassal that does? Then this mod is for you!
This mod enables overlords to get the effects of the monuments that their subjects have, although to upgrade them, the subject must still fulfill the requirements!
In a future update, the overlord will also only get the effects if either they or their subject fulfill the requirements!

• Allows Overlords to receive the Effects of their Subjects' Monuments
  
• Compatability with Flavor Universalis, Ante Bellum, Monuments in Europe as well as GBR Monuments, with more compatability being up for addition upon reasonable request!

Not compatible with mods that touch on_actions relating to dependencies, great projects or province owner changes

Just boot the mod up and have fun! The appropriate monument effects get updated whenever necessary, and if there is an unforseen mistake, updating the effects manually by decision is enabled!
